Implementation Process: Our onboarding methodology follows a structured four-phase approach adapted from Commencement’s implementation process: (1) Onboarding and discovery to understand business processes and requirements; (2) System installation and configuration of all integrated components; (3) Data migration and existing customer import; and (4) Testing, training, and go-live support.
